What You'll Do
- Assist retail customers, wholesale customers, and our Service Department with their automotive parts needs.
- Identify, locate, and order the correct parts and accessories using dealership parts catalogues and computer systems.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts are available when needed.
- Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Receive, organize, and properly store incoming parts shipments.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service.
