This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales and customer service skills that is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Finance Manager, you'll work closely with our customers, sales team, financial institutions, and other dealership departments to ensure each vehicle purchase is completed accurately and professionally. You'll also play an important role in helping customers understand the financing, protection products, and options available to them.
Automotive finance experience is an asset, but not a requirement. For the right candidate, attitude, professionalism, sales ability, and the willingness to learn are just as important.
What You'll Do
- Work one-on-one with customers to arrange vehicle financing and leasing
- Complete credit applications and review credit information
- Present financing, warranty, protection, and other available products clearly and professionally
- Work with financial institutions to secure appropriate financing options
- Prepare and complete sales and finance contracts
- Determine vehicle payoff amounts and complete required title/lien checks
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
- Coordinate daily with the sales team to finalize new and pre-owned vehicle transactions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions meet dealership and lender requirements
- Provide customers with a smooth, professional experience from purchase through final delivery
